Sending a Message to an Individual,
Group, or Range of Extensions

At some point, you may need to send a message to an
individual, group, or a range of extensions.

Sending a Message to an Individual or
Group

To send a Voice Mail message to an individual or group,
complete the following steps:

Lift the handset, and then press the

VOICE

MAIL

Feature button.

•

If prompted, dial your passcode.

2. Press

Dial the extension of the individual or group
receiving the message.

•

Dial additional extensions when prompted.

Note

If you don’t know the extension of the person you
are calling, press

and you are prompted to dial

the first three letters of the person’s last name to
use the Dial by Name feature.

Press

when your list is completed.

Follow the voice prompts to record your
message.
