Automatic Call Distribution Status Display
Press the
B
Feature button three times to show the
Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) display. This display
shows the ACD group number followed by the number of
calls waiting in queue, the number of agents logged on to
the ACD, the time of the caller who has been waiting the
longest, and if you are in wrap-up mode.
•
After the ACD status appears, press the
A
Feature button to scroll through the ACD groups
until you get to the group number you want.

Feature button four times to return to
the main status display.
