Guest Mailboxes
When the Guest Mailboxes Extension View status lamp is
off, there are no messages. A blinking status lamp indi-
cates a new message, and when the lamp is on, there is an
old message.
Work Groups
When the Work Groups Extension View status lamp is off
there are no current calls. A blinking status lamp indicates
the extension is ringing, and when the lamp is on, it means
a call is connected.
Conference Rooms
When the Conference Room Extension View status lamp
is off, the Conference Room is empty. A blinking status
lamp indicates the Conference Room is in use, and when
the lamp is on, it means the Conference Room is locked.
Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)
When the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Extension
View status lamp is off, there are no calls in the queue. A
blinking status lamp indicates a call in the queue, and
when the lamp is on, it means a call is connected.
Changing the Number of Phone Lines
The DP200 Display Phone can be customized for up to
five phone lines. The A, B, and C Extension View buttons
can be used for additional phone lines.
Note
Changing the number of phone lines erases any
customized Extension View buttons.
