Overview of Voice Mail
Lift the handset, or press the
SPEAKERPHONE
button, and
then press the
VOICE
Feature button at any time to
gain access to Voice Mail features.
To use the Voice Mail features when you have gained
access to Voice Mail, use the DP200 Display Phone
keypad.
Gaining Access to Your Voice Mail
1. Lift the handset, and then press the
VOICE
Feature button.
Note
You can also dial

+ your extension to gain access
to your Voice Mail.

If prompted, dial your passcode.
Note
If Voice Mail passcodes are not configured during
your system setup, there is no passcode voice
prompt. For more information, see “Creating or
Changing Your Voice Mail Passcode,” page 55.
The Voice Mail Prompts
After gaining access to Voice Mail, an announcement tells
you how many new and old Voice Mail messages you
have. The voice prompts you hear at this point lead you
through the other Voice Mail features.

to listen to your new messages. After
listening to new messages, you can listen to old
or saved messages, see “Listening to a Voice
Mail Message,” page 53.

to gain access to the
Setup Options
menu, see, “Setting Up Voice Mail Features,”
page 54.
