To change the number of phone lines, complete the
following steps:
1. Lift the handset, or press the
SPEAKERPHONE
button, and then dial
7801
.
2. Dial
677
while the voice prompt is playing.

Do not wait for the announcement to end
before dialing

A voice prompt says “Use the Keypad to
select whether you want this phone to be a 2,
3, 4 or 5 line phone.”
3. Press
2
for a two-line phone;
3
for a three-line
phone;
4
for a four-line phone;
5
for a five-line
phone. Hang up.
Note
You do not receive any confirmation after you
select the number of phone lines.
Programming Personal Speed Dials
You can program up to 10 Personal Speed Dials (0–9) on
the DP200 Display Phone. For more information on using
Personal Speed Dials, see “Using Personal Speed Dials,”
page 33.
To program a Personal Speed Dial, complete the follow-
ing steps:
1. Lift the handset, or press the
SPEAKERPHONE
button, and then dial
7801
to gain access to
the Feature button programmer. A voice prompt
says “You have accessed the Feature button
programmer.”
