Listening to a Voice Mail Message
Buttons on the DP200 Display Phone can act similar to the
controls of a tape recorder while listening to your Voice
Mail.
1.
Lift the handset, and then press the
VOICE
Feature button. If prompted, dial your passcode.
2. Press

to listen to a message.
The voice prompt offers nine features to choose from
when the message is finished.

Press

to play the next message.
•
Press
2
to replay the message.
•
Press
3
to delete the message.
Note
If you don’t delete your Voice Mail messages they
are automatically saved. Check with your system
installer to learn how long messages remain saved.

Press

to rewind the message for five seconds.
•
Press
5
to pause during the message (the
message resumes in 20 seconds).
•
Press
6
to fast forward the message five seconds.
•
Press
7
to forward the message to another Voice
Mail extension (you can record comments about
the message you forward). For more information,
see “Forwarding a Voice Mail Message to an Indi-
vidual, Group, or Range of Extensions,” page 58.
•
Press
8
to hear Caller ID.
Note
Caller ID numbers are played for external calls only
if this option is set up on your phone system.
