Software Version

The TFS3031 is periodically updated to add new features and
enhancements. The features described in this user manual apply to
the software version noted on the title page of the manual, but can
also be used with all TFS3031 instruments with any prior software
version. The differences in the user interface consist of the features
and enhancements that are added to each successive software
version.

You can identify your software version on the power-on screen. The
version number appears as shown in figure 4–5.

Table NO TAG lists the major software version releases, and the
features  added with each release. If your software is not the most
current version, your instrument does not include the features listed
in the table as having been added with later versions. The sections of
