5. Assembly
Drawbar and extensor assembly
1. The drawbar (A) is delivered assembled and articulated and must be lowered. For
periodic repairs or parts change, follow the assembly sequence.
2. Fasten the drawbar (A) to the frame (B), using the pins (C) and cotter pin. Also
fasten the tractor hitch (D) using a pin (E) and cotter pin.
3. After assembling the drawbar, assemble the extensor (F) to the equipment frame
and to the drawbar using a pin (H) and cotter pin on the upper part and a pin (G)
and cotter pin on the lower part.
4. Lock the valve support (I) to the drawbar (A) using bolts (J), spring washers and nuts.

personnel must assemble/disassemble the
equipment.
- Use safety glasses, earplugs/muffs, protective gloves and any other required PPE.
- Avoid direct contact with the lubrication oil and do not throw it away or any other
type of oil or grease on the environment.

To facilitate transportation, the seeders leave the factory semi-assembled. Follow the
instructions below to assemble the remaining components on their proper place.
