SAFETY EQUIPMENT – Seats
FRONT SEATS
The Indigo front seats are the reclining bucket-type and designed for maximum
comfort while traveling.
Sliding the Seats
The front seats are adjustable front-to-back by lifting the lever, 1, at the front of
the seat and sliding in the desired direction. After releasing the adjusting lever,
verify the seat is locked into position by attempting to slide the seat front and
back.
WARNING
Never adjust the driver’s seat while the vehicle is in motion as
the driver may lose control of the vehicle and cause an accident.
Adjust the driver’s seat only when the vehicle is stopped.
Always make certain the seats and seat backs are locked
securely in position. Verify the seat adjustment levers return to
their original position. A seat that is not locked into position will
promote injury in the event of an accident.
Do not modify the vehicle seats in any way. The seats are
designed for comfort and support while driving as well as safety
in the event of an accident. Modifying the seats may reduce
their effectiveness in a collision.
