Installing printer software from the Xpress T9412 Series
Solutions CD is quick and easy. Basically you just need to
insert the CD into your CD-ROM drive and follow the
prompts on your screen. You can even view Quick Reference
Video clips with just a click of a button. Make sure all
applications are closed on your PC before installation then
choose between Easy Local, Easy Network, or Custom
installations.

*If you have the Xpress T9412i model and want to use the
PostScript printer driver, you must order the Tally PostScript
Compatibility Upgrade Kit (Order No. 1402). See page 67 of
Chapter 8, “Printer Options,” for more information.

For Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000
These directions demonstrate how to install the Xpress
software files on your Windows drive.
1.
Place the Xpress T9412 Series Solutions CD in your
computer.
2.
If the installer does not launch automatically, select Run
from the Start menu and type
x:\Start.exe
in the
Run
dialog box (where x is your CD ROM drive
number). Then click OK.
*If using Plug ‘N Play, the installation files are located at
x:\Xpress T9412i(N)\
