2.  Disassembly and reassembly 

2.1  Disassembly of cord 

1. Remove connector and cord lock on the end of 

cord. Allow drum to slowly wind cord until the 
spiral spring does not effect any force. 

2. Loosen clamp (2 places), and remove cover. 

3. Disconnect the connection between cable and 

potentiometer and angle detector at the pin 
terminals, and remove cover and cable together. 

[NOTICE] 

Remove speed reducer straight upward without 

twisting or tilting it. 

4. Loosen setscrew and remove gear. 

Then remove screws 38 and speed reducer. 

[NOTICE] 

Put match marks on case and plate to clearly 

indicate the position where sub-cord passes. 

5. Remove retaining ring and bolts, and separate 

case from drum assembly.
