4.5 Zero-point and span adjustments of angle detector.
Retract the boom fully and swing it to over-right before adjustment.
( Exclude the case where the direction of the boom has been decided by the inspection system etc.)
Measure the elevating angle with the angle meter.
START
Turn the rotary switch to the "3" position.
Set the elevating angle to zero by lower operation with the boom retracted fully,
and depress the Zero-point adjustment button.
Set the elevating angle to zero by raise operation with the boom retracted fully,
and depress the Span adjustment button. Press the span-adjustment button.
Again, set the elevating angle to zero by lower operation.
Is the displayed valve within the Zero-point adjustment range shown in the Table 2 ?

4.6 Confirming Accuracy
Swing the boom to over-right and make sure that the over-front indication lamp is not lit.
( Exclude the case where the direction of the boom has been decided by the inspection system etc.)
START
Set the elevating angle to the specified angle by lower operation,
and the load radius to R1(m) by telescoping operation.
Pushing the override SW, lift up the specified load.
The specified angle, R1, and the specified load depend on the table 1.
Set the elevating angle to the specified angle ±1

Shift the rotary switch to "6".
Is the moment displayed value within the range of 95.0-104 % ?
Turn the rotary switch to "0" position.
No

Is the load radius within the range of R1-R2 shown in the table 1
