X-Axis Rollers

To Check the X-Axis Assembly Rollers

1. Visually inspect the x-axis assembly rollers as you manually move the x-axis

(front to rear) through its entire travel length.

2. Look for positive roller contact through out its travel.

To Adjust the X-Axis Assembly Rollers

1. Press the left side of the x-axis assembly hidden rollers towards the right side of

the library.

2. Loosen the nuts that retain the outside rollers.

3. Adjust the inside rollers to within 0.000 inches –0.005 inches of the travel surface

and retighten.
