P400/500 Soluble Release User Guide
1.
Carefully open
one
bottle of solution concentrate.
2.
Slowly add the concentrate to the tank spreading the powder over the
entire surface of the water.
3.
Completely empty the bottle of concentrate and dispose of bottle when
done.
Note: Bottles are made of recyclable plastic and may be recycled
according to your local recycling program.
4.
Wait 3 to 5 minutes for concentrate to completely dissolve.
5.
Place part or parts you wish to remove supports from in the basket.
6.
Carefully lower the basket into the tank.
7.
Leave the tank lid off during cleaning.
8.
Check the tank every 1 to 2 hours for evaporation. If the water level
drops to the basket lid, add more water.
DO NOT add more cleaning solution.
Step 4: Remove the Parts
Always wear gloves when removing parts from the tank.
1.
Carefully remove the basket by the handles.
2.
Rinse with water until surface does not feel slippery.
3.
Dry parts with paper towels or air.
Note
: Parts may also be placed or removed using large metal,
non-aluminum or plastic tongs.
4.
Solution may be used for additional parts.
