Press “UNLOAD” on the keypad to end the unloading process.

Repeat steps 2-5 for the model tip, if necessary.
7.
Remember to set the temperature to 235° C before loading a spool, either
by pressing Enter on the keypad or by manually increasing the
temperature.
Removing a Mounted Spool of Material
1. If you are unloading soluble support material, set the Watlow
temperature for support to 210
o
C. Allow the temperature to cool before
unloading.
2. Press the “UNLOAD” button on the keypad to unload material in the
modeler.
3. Open the back door of the modeler.
4. Open the dry box door by unlatching the latches.
Do not force filament out from the head.
5. Press “UNLOAD” on the keypad to end the unloading process.
6. Turn the mounted spool counterclockwise to wrap the remaining
material onto the spool.
7. Pull the spool with both hands to remove it from the mount.
8. Store the spool according to the specifications for its material.
P400/500 Soluble Release Material must be stored with desiccant
in sealed plastic bags.

Calibrating for Soluble Material
The calibration procedure for P400/500 soluble release material is the same as
the calibration procedure for ABS w/BASS. For instructions, refer to the
tabbed FDM section of this manual. You must calibrate both the tip offset and
roadwidth.
