Troubleshooting
Electrical system
Symptom: Spray gun does not run or stops running. Fol-
low pressure relief procedures.
• Plug the spray gun into a grounded socket with the
correct voltage
• Switch the power switch OFF for 30 seconds and
then ON again. This ensures that the spray gun is in
normal operating mode.
• Turn the pressure control knob clockwise 1/2 turn
• See digital display
In order to avoid electric shock and hazards caused by
moving parts when covers are removed for trouble-
shooting, wait 30 seconds after unplugging the power
cable for stored electricity to dissipate. Maintain a safe
distance between electrical and moving parts during trou-
bleshooting procedures.
If no digital display is available, use the control board sta-
tus light to remedy any problems:
Set the ON/OFF switch to OFF,
remove the controller board cover
and then set the switch back to
ON. Observe the status light. The
number of times the light flashes
corresponds to the digital error
code, i.e., two flashes equals code
02.

Check the sensor
or sensor connec-
tions.
1. Make sure there is no pressure in the system (see Pressure
Relief Procedure). Check the material path for clogging, e.g.,
clogged filter.
2. Use at least an Airless hose ¼” x 15 m. Thinner or shorter
hoses can cause pressure fluctuations.
3. Switch the spray gun OFF and unplug the power cable from the
device.
4. Check the sensor and cable connections on the controller card.
5. Disconnect the sensor from the socket on the controller card.
Make sure that the contacts on the sensor and controller card
are clean and undamaged.
6. Reconnect the sensor with the socket on the controller card.
Switch on the power; set the spray gun to ON, and turn the
pressure regulator knob clockwise half a turn. If the spray gun
still does not work properly, switch the device OFF and proceed
with the next step.
7. Install a new sensor. Connect the power cable; switch the the
spray gun ON, and turn the pressure regulator knob clockwise
half a turn. Replace the controller card if the spray gun still
does not work properly.
