Open the bypass switch (vertical) and unplug the power
plug.

Remove the device and gun filters - if in place - then cle-
an and refit.
10.
After flushing with water, flush again with CoroCheck (69
09 10) to preserve the inside of the device; this protects
the device against icing and corrosion: mix approx. 100
ml CoroCheck with 2-3 l water and flush it through the
device and hose.
11. Wipe the spraying device, hose and spray gun with a
rag that you moistened with water or a mild solvent.
Caution:
- The device must always be flushed with CoroCheck for
short-term storage (see above for instructions).
- In case of longer periods of storage, flush the device
with a mixture of oil/terpentine.
Commissioning after extended storage:
Before using water-based paints, first flush the spraying
device with soapy water and then with clean water.
Before using the device with solvent-based paints, flush
with a compatible solvent and then with the coating
material.
NOTE:
Always store the device indoors.
Daily maintenance
1. Keep the gland nut/wet container on the pump lubri-
cated with piston oil to protect the piston rod and the
packing.
2. Check the gland nut daily. If paint escapes through
the nut and/or if the piston moves up (although no
spraying is taking place) up, tighten the nut until the
leak has been sealed. If the nut is excessively tighte-
ned, this can damage the packing and reduce its ser-
vice life.
