12 Troubleshooting

This chapter contains common faults en how to solve them.

Only authorized personnel is allowed to carry out maintenance.

Incorrect adjustments, repairs and maintenance can cause damage to goods or

personal injury. Consult your dealer/supplier.

12.1 Common faults and solutions

Vehicle lift cannot be raised.
Cause

Solution

No mains power / control power

Check the mains power/control power.

Oil level too low (but motor is running).

Top up oil level.

Overload safety valve opens.

• Vehicle lift overloaded.
• Safety valve fixed incorrectly; let technical

services fix safety valve.

Pump yield too low.

Have the pump replaced by the technical
service department.

Guide pieces at unequal heights (by more
than 60 mm: Control current LED blinks (long
cycle).

Use correction valves to correct, see Code
64 - Master and slave correction on page 48.
Alert technical services if this persists.

Circuit interrupted at highest position:
electrical fault or vehicle lift stays in highest
position.

Lower vehicle lift; check electrical circuit.
Reset the highest position, see Code 60
