• The code on the display in the control box can be set to the correct
status by moving one of the set pins in one of the guide pieces.
6.7 Adjusting the pawls
1. Verify that the pawl (6) is engaged in the ratchet bar (7).
2. Let the guide pieces (8) rise by approximately 100 mm and then let them
drop into the safety locks.
Use the programmable setting 65. See Code 65 - Safe limits on page 48
to raise the lift if there is a difference in elevation between the guide pieces
of more than 60 mm.
3. Check that the adjustment nut (1) for the solenoid (2) has 1 to 2 mm of free
play. If not, adjust the adjusting nut at the rear of the solenoid until the free
play is 1 to 2 mm.

4. Allow the guide pieces to rise to the maximum position and check this free
play during the raising action. Allow the lifting posts to lower from the top
position while on the safety locks and check the free play again, adjusting it
to 1 to 2 mm if necessary.
