CLASSIFICATION JUSTIFICATION:   This service improvement is an introduction of a 
new Universal Hand Control for Cmax/4085/5085(non-SRT) surgical tables. 

 

SITUATION:  Universal functionality has been added to the P158832-632 to allow  
operability with the Cmax/4085/5085(non-SRT) surgical tables. This document  describes        
its functionality. 

 

Overview 

The purpose of this document is to provide a description of the functionality of the  
Universal Hand Control.  The term “Universal” refers to the range of surgical tables 
that consists of the Cmax, 4085, and 5085 non-transport tables.  The 5085 SRT 
transport table is not supported by the universal hand control.  The universal hand  

 

 

control will identify a 5085 SRT if connected but will not provide a control interface
