10.8 - Hydraulic system and Components adjustments (optional)
The optional Hydraulic System for the Hércules 5.0, substitutes the Cardan Transmission
System, used to operate the distribution discs.
Whose components are installed as a factory standard.
Mount the SECTIONAL POD ASSY- IMP./GLAD.MEC.( PN:7930-3028) on the machine’s
console, next secure it using PN: 7310-3419 (POD ASSY- 2 SECTIONS).
When performing a diagonal overlap, turn off one section and then the
the next one, the product will remain on the conveyor for more then 200mm. To avoid
product overlapping, the slide-gates should be turned off manually before reaching
the overlapping place.
On the left slide-gate we can see the 200mm of remaining
product on the conveyor with the slide-gate closed.

11- DUAL SLIDE-GATE
The dual slide-gate is an optional item. It was designed to reduce product wastage by the
use of dual distribution, in that sections can be turned off, the left or the or the right one, thus
providing for a more uniform distribution.
Limitations of this option:
The dual slide-gate cannot be used as an auto-shutoff when doing overlaps, these will
have to be done manually using the SECTIONAL POD.
