14.4 - Verifying the distribution row and the overlapping
After the product has been distributed within the subscribed area, collect the product from
one set of four trays and place the collections into one of the collection vessels, and the other set of
4 trays place its collection into the other collection vessel. It is important to clearly identify each
collection vessel, one for the overlap collection and which cup represents the collection under the
machine, for the leveling of the product within the vessels indicate if the row can be increased or
reduced according to figure 34.
On figure 34, see the sample product in the collection vessel, which is interpreted as follows:
The product in the overlap side should be even with the center collection product of the 1st
application.
Resolution:
If the overlap sample quantity is less then the center product sample, this means that the row
is beyond the ideal application range. Thus, the ideal overlap condition is not present,
requiring to
reduce the application row, or be it, the distance between trays
, remake a new collection
sample.
If the overlap sample quantity is greater then the center sample, this means that it is
necessary
to increase the application row
, then remake a new sample run.
