You can connect an optional USB device to the
(USB) connector on the unit and transfer/record
audio data to the USB device.

To select the memory on the USB
device
For some USB devices, you may have to select
the memory (i.e., internal memory or memory
card) to which the audio data is to be transferred/
recorded. To do this, carry out the following
operation.
Be sure to select the memory before performing a
file transfer or recording operation.

Connect the USB device to the (USB)
connector on the unit.

Select [Settings] from the Home menu.

Select [USB Memory Select].
“Switch to USB, when the setting is
continued.” appears in the display. Select [OK]
to continue the operation.

Select the memory to which audio data
is to be transferred/recorded.
A maximum of 5 memories are displayed
([No. 1] to [No. 5]).

Press ENTER.
The unit changes to the USB function
automatically.
Tip
You can select the memory during the USB function.
Press OPTIONS, select [USB Memory Select], and then
select the memory.
