Tip
If the standby mode is set to “Quick Start-up”, the track on
the computer that was playing when the unit is turned off
will start playing again when the unit is turned on again.
(The standby mode is factory set to “Power Save”. To save
the information of the last track played even when the
unit is turned off, change the standby mode to “Quick
Start-up”. For details on standby mode setting, see page
49.)
Notes
Tracks that the unit cannot play appear in the display as
well. You cannot sort a list of playable tracks.
Tracks that cannot be played on the unit appear gray in
the list and are skipped during playback.
If the connected server contains a large amount of
audio data, it may take a while for the display to change
while the unit is searching for a track.
Some or all of the tracks may not be found on the
connected server immediately after the VAIO Media
plus software is installed. In this case, wait a few
minutes and do step 2 again to select the server.

To change a server
When you want to change to a different server, do
the following procedure.

Enter the Home Network function from
the Home menu.
