Remove the two screws, and remove the board rail
(lower).
8.
Remove the screw from the removed board rail
(lower), and remove the CN-2206 board.
9.
Replace the CN-2206 board with a new one, and
install it to the board rail (lower) in the arrow direc-
tion.
10. Install the board rail (lower) to the unit.

When installing, insert two tips of the board rail
(lower) into the holes of the MB-953 board surely.
11. Reassemble the parts in the reverse order of removal.
2-15. Replacing the Memory Stick Case
(CN-2206 Board)
1.
Remove the right and left side panels. (Refer to
Section 1-5.)
2.
Remove the AT-148, IF-969 and VA-226 boards, the
DC-DC converter (RE-201 board), and the two shield
plates. (Refer to Section 2-13.)
3.
Remove the DPR-261 board. (Refer to Section 2-1.)
4.
Remove the V shoe bracket. (Refer to Section 2-5.)
5.
Disconnect the two flexible card wires from the
connectors CN15 and CN16, and disconnect the two
harnesses from the connectors CN14 and CN17 of the
MB-953 board.

Be careful not to bend the flexible card wires.
This shortens the wire life.
6.
Remove the four screws to the shoulder base.
