Do 1st gauging operation:

if within tolerance press STOP

if gauging is upgraded and adjustments are made, do the 2nd gauging operations as well (only with the optional
feeder unit).

Cutter replacement

Sensor replacement
Do 1st gauging operation:

Basic PCB replacement
Do all gauging operations again

Loader PCB replacement
No gauging operations to carry out
•
Optic reader replacement
Do 2^ gauging operation (only with the optional feeder unit).

Cutting side clamp replacement
Do 1st gauging operation:

if within tolerance press STOP

if gauging is upgraded and adjustments are made, do the 2nd gauging operations as well.

Reading side clamp replacement
Do 2nd gauging operation (only with the optional feeder unit).

Optional Automatic clamp replacement
Do 2nd gauging operation

Ball screw replacement
Do 1st gauging operation:
