The raised position is for installation and
maintenance. The lowered position is for
operation. Program the unit for operation
in the lowered position.
This application is to obtain a level
measurement and corresponding 4-20 mA
output proportional to the sludge level on
a digester. The bottom of the
SITRANS LR 300 mounting flange is 10m
from the bottom of the digester when the
SITRANS LR 300 is lowered to its normal
operating position.
The empty level is 0m (bottom) and the full
level (span) is 8m from the bottom. The
maximum rate of filling or emptying is
