Sensor Value
The value produced by the echo processing, which represents the distance from the
Sensor Reference Point to the target.
Sensor Unit
Units for Sensor Value, calibration points and other sensor-related parameters.
Level, Primary Value
The level as a percentage of Span (P007): (units are %).
Level, Primary Value Unit
Always %.
Sensor Reference Point
The point to which all of the above parameters are referenced, which is the flange face.
