This prints the Key Operator List, Confidential Code List,
Junk Fax Number List, Sub-address Setting List, ACC.# List,
and ACC. Usage List.

PRINT SELECTION
These settings are used to select the condition for printing a
Transaction Report after a transaction is completed to inform
you of the result (completed normally, line error, etc.).
Conditions can be separately set for several types of
communication (regular transmission, broadcast transmission,
confidential reception).

IMAGE MEM.PRINT
(LINE ERROR)
This setting is used to have a portion of the original document
printed on a Transaction Report when a line error prevents the
transmission.

AUTO LISTING
This setting is used to have an activity report showing the
machine's most recent transactions printed out automatically at
a selected time.

INITIAL
SETTING
DIAL MODE
This setting is used to set the appropriate dial mode (tone or
pulse) for the line connected to the machine.

PAUSE TIME
This setting is used to set the duration of each pause entered
between digits of a fax number.

OWN PASSCODE
SET
This setting is used to program the name of the user of the
machine and the fax number.

SPEAKER VOLUME This setting is used to adjust the on-hook volume, the ringing
volume, and the line monitor volume.

EXTENSION TEL
Enable this setting when you have connected an extension
phone to the machine.

DISTINCTIVE RING
This setting is used when you have multiple phone/fax numbers
assigned to one line and you wish to use a different ringing
pattern for each number.

REMOTE
RECEPTION
This setting is used to change the number for activating fax
reception from an extension phone.

CONTROL
This setting is used to turn on Department Code mode.

ACCOUNT # SET
This setting is used to program department codes and
department names for Department Code mode.

DATE & TIME SET
This setting is used to set the machine's internal clock to the
current date and time.

DAYLIGHT SAVING
TIME SETTING
Select this setting to have the clock automatically move forward
and backward at the beginning and end of Daylight Saving
Time.

FUNCTION
RES. CON. SET
This setting is used to select the default resolution and contrast
settings for Fax mode.

AUTO REDUCE TX
This setting is used to select whether a transmitted original
image is reduced to fit the size of the paper in the receiving
machine.

ROTATE TX
This setting is used to have an original that is loaded vertically
rotated to a horizontal orientation (or vice-versa) when
transmitted.
