Storing a Relay Group
Before making a relay request, you must store the relay group (the fax numbers of the relay machine
and the end receiving machines).
Information that must be stored to make a relay request (prior preparation)

Relay ID codes are stored with the key operator program. (See page 164)
●
To facilitate entry of the end receiving machines, we suggest that you ask the operator of the relay
machine for a copy of the relay machine's address directory.
●
You can check the numbers stored in a relay group by printing the Relay Group list. (See page 125)
Storing a relay group

In Fax mode, press the SPECIAL FUNCTION key.

Press the

key to select "ENTRY" and then press the OK key.

key to select "RELAY GROUP" and then press the
OK key.

key to select "ENTER" and then press the OK key.

key to select the number of the relay group you wish
to store, and then press the OK key.

Enter a name for the relay group and then press the OK key.

Enter the fax number of the relay machine.

Enter the full fax number with the numeric keys and then press the OK key.

Store the fax number of the sending machine (as
programmed in that machine) as a relay ID code
(up to 10 codes can be stored).
Can be stored using a rapid dialing, Speed Dial
number, or the numeric keys.
Fax numbers of the end receiving machines (up to
120 per relay group)
These are entered using the numeric keys on your
machine. The numeric keys are used to specify
rapid dialing, Speed Dial numbers, and group
keys stored in the relay machine.
