Press the SPECIAL FUNCTION key, select "SENDING OPTIONS" with

Enter the fax number of the other machine with the numeric keys, and
then press the OK key.

Only one fax number can be entered.

You can also use a rapid dialing, a Speed Dial number, or the REDIAL key.

Enter the sub-address (up to 20 digits) with the numeric keys and then
press the OK key.

Characters that can be entered are numbers, #,
, and spaces. However, the initial
character cannot be a space.
●
If you used a rapid dialing or Speed Dial number that has a sub-address programmed,
the sub-address is displayed.
●
To correct the sub-address, press the CLEAR key and re-enter it.

Enter the passcode (up to 20 digits) with the numeric keys and then
press the OK key.

If you used a rapid dialing or Speed Dial number that has a passcode programmed, the
sub-address is displayed.

If a passcode is not required, press the OK key.

You do not need to enter a passcode if the other machine does not have one
programmed.
