key to select the type of dialing for entering end
receiving machines, and then press the OK key.

Enter the fax number of one of the end receiving machines with the
numeric keys.
●
Press the OK key and then repeat steps 8 and 9 to enter the fax numbers of the other
end receiving machines.
If the dialing type is "DIAL", enter the fax number of the end receiving machine with
the numeric keys (maximum 30 digits).
If the dialing type is "RAPID", enter the number of the rapid dial number (01 to 99) with
the numeric keys.
If the dialing type is "SPEED", enter the Speed Dial number (01 to 99) with the numeric
keys.
If the dialing type is "GROUP", enter the number of the group key (01 to 99) with the
numeric keys.

When all of the end receiving machines have been entered, press the
START key.
Notes
●
When entering end receiving machines, if you specify a rapid dial number, speed dial number,
or group key that is not stored in the relay machine, a line error will result.
●
If you make a mistake in step 7, press the CLEAR key.
●
The same fax number cannot stored twice for the end receiving machines.
Clearing a relay group

Follow steps 1 to 3 of the procedure for storing a relay group. (See
previous page)

key to select "DELETE" and then press the OK key.

Press the

key to select the relay group name that you wish to
clear and then press the OK key.

While the relay group is selected, you can press the # key to display details on the
clearing relay group name.

Press the

key to select "YES" and then press the OK key.
Note
●
The selected relay group cannot be cleared if it is used in a stored transmission job or in a
program.
