F-code Relay Request Transmission
This function is used to send a fax to a relay machine using an F-code, and have that machine transmit
the fax to multiple end receiving machines. The fax is sent to the F-code relay box of the relay machine,
and the relay machine then sends it to each of the end receiving machines stored in the relay box. This
function is useful for sending the same fax to a group of distant fax machines. An F-code relay box can
also be programmed in your machine, enabling it to act as a relay machine and receive F-code relay
requests.
●
To make a relay request, you will need to ask the operator of the relay machine for the F-code (sub-
address and passcode).
●
Make sure the correct end receiving machines are stored in the F-code relay box in the relay machine.
●
The passcode can be omitted if the relay machine does not have a passcode.
●
If your machine is acting as an F-code relay machine, the sending machine must specify your F-code
(sub-address and passcode) in order to make the relay request.
