Plug harness CM21504 (CM20030 for single-engine applications) into
the back of the CANtrak. The connector is keyed so that it will only
go one way. Plug the rectangular CAN1 connector into the helm port
and the round DeviceNet connector (multi-engine vessels only) into
a CAN2 tee. Hand tighten all DeviceNet connections. Do not use tools.
When the installation is complete, Use a permanent marker to
draw a line across all of the DeviceNet connections. If one of the
connections becomes loose, it will be evident.
