If the option wire straightener is available,
feed in the raw material from the prefeed-
er into the wire straightener and move for-
wards. Adjust the contact pressure on the
setting knob in a way that the raw material
is bent somewhat.

Continue feeding the raw material by hand
through the entry guide up to one third of
the feeding belts.
Notice:
The feeding belts can only be
closed via the control software.

Touch
[LOAD]
on the screen.

The feeding belts are closing. The raw
material is fed up to the cutting unit and
then cut-through (zero cut).

Producing article / inspection
There are two possibilities to start the production.
■
[SINGLE] : Only one article for inspection is
produced, independent from the setting in
the "Quantity" field.
■
[RUN] The entered quantity is produced in
one single run. Then the machine stops
and the batch can be confirmed.
