E 3.8 Defining Toggle Options for Multi Instrument 1
Using the toggle option you can cycle through different display modes for
the Multi Instrument 1 (see Fig. E 2-1) by simply pressing the currently active
MODE/SET button repeatedly. In this way it is very easy to switch the instru-
ment between the Audio Vectorscope, the Multi Correlator and the Input
Channel Status display. Before using the Toggle function you will have to
define which display modes are accessible for Multi Instrument 1 (see Chap-
ter E 3.6 and Chapter E 5.2.5) in this way and store your configuration in a
user preset. The Toggle settings are stored as part of a preset and therefore
will change when you load a new preset.

To change the Toggle Selection of a preset proceed as following:
1. From normal display operation, press and hold the currently marked
MODE/SET button until the unit changes to main menu mode.
2. Use Up or Dwn key to set the red cursor on the Modify Preset option and
enter this selection by pressing the Sel (SELECT) key.
3. Use Up or Dwn key to set the cursor on the Toggle Selection option and
enter this selection by pressing the Sel (SELECT) key.
4. Use Up or Dwn key to access all available display modes for Multi Instru-
ment 1. For each menu item use the Sel (SELECT) key to switch this dis-
play mode On or Off. All modes switched to On will be available for the
Toggle function.
5. Press the Quit key to leave the menu and save the configuration change with
the Press SEL to SAVE option before returning to the normal display mode.
6. Repeatedly press the MODE/SET button for which the Toggle setup was
changed to cycle through all available display modes.
