12.7.1 Mounting the upper bead of the tire with the bead
pusher
1. Assemble the bead pusher (Fig. 45 ref. 1) with pulling system
next to the rim edge (see Fig. 45).

2. Place the upper bead breaker roller (Fig. 46 ref. 1) so that
the tire bead is kept at the same height of the rim groove (see
Fig. 46).
THE BEADING DISC MUST EXERT PRESSURE
ON THE TIRE BEAD BUT NEVER ON THE RIM.
USE VERY CAREFULLY THE BEAD BREAKING
ROLLER IN ORDER TO AVOID POSSIBLE HANDS
CRUSHING.

3. Rotate clockwise until tire complete assembly (see Fig. 47).
FOR THE MOUNTING OF VERY DIFFICULT
WHEELS, USE THE EXTENSION OF THE BEAD
DEPRESSOR (FIG. 47 REF. 1).

4. When these operations are over move the tool and the bead
breaker roller into rest position.
