610 C-STYLE CURTAIN
OPERATION OF PULL ROPES

Most C style curtains are factory equipped
with pull ropes. This allows the curtains to be
adjusted in the field to allow a wide variety of
trucks heights to be serviced and sealed by
the same dock and dock seal or shelter.
These pull ropes should be operated
according to the following diagram in order to
raise the center section of the curtain out of
the door opening of the trailer. After the truck
leaves the dock, the pull ropes should be
lowered in preparation for the next truck.
Secondary pull ropes (Optional) should be
operated in the same manner to further raise
the curtain out of the door opening of the
trailer. (See Figure 5)
