Check the book finished sensor functionality and its’ connection points.
Mechanical check:
Check sensor position.
9.22. Binding time error:
Electrical check:
Check the reed sensors and micro-switch positions and connections of the
biding unit.
Mechanical check:
Check the pneumatic cylinder tightness.
Check the pneumatic cylinder choke.
Check the pneumatic cylinder air cable connections.
Check the binding strength adjustment of the pressure control valve.
9.23. Door is open:
Electrical check:
Check the door safety switch correct function and its connection points.
Mechanical check:
Check if the door is closed properly.
Check the safety switch proper mounting.
Look for any mechanical tightness.
Look for any mechanical looseness.
9.24. Cover holder empty:
Electrical check:
Check the connection of the sensor and its proper function.
Mechanical check:
Check the quantity of covers on the cover holder table.
Test the sensor with different print, because it might be a reflective material.
9.25. EVA side gluing motor error:
Electrical check:
Re-set the book thickness once again, because the thickness measuring sensor
is out of range. The sensor responds with yellow LED light.
Check the measuring sensors’ connection points.
Check the analog module connection points.
Check the DC motor functionality
Check the fuse of the DC motor.
Mechanical check:
Look for any mechanical tightness.
Look for any mechanical looseness.
