Delivery, installation
During delivery of the Perfect Binder 420 pay attention to protec the safety of it
The forming of the machine and its packaging are to be able to move the machine
easily with traditional lifting equipments (fork-lift, manual palette transporter). You
have to note the centre of the gravity of the machine due to the danger of the tilt. It
is forbidden to move the machine with crane. When the machine is unwrapped it
must be moved with traditional moving equipments.
During storage of the Perfect Binder 420 the primary point is the dry, dustless,
covered environment. Storage of the machine in the open air is forbidden. In case of
long-term braking, the machine must be covered with plastic foil and separated from
networks needed for operation (electronic, pneumatic).
The first step is to take the packaging of the machine off. For this please refer to the
following steps:
1. Take off the top cover of the box of the
machine.
2. Take off the sides of the packaging box.
NOTICE!
Check the integrity of the packaging.
The installation of the Perfect Binder 420 is to be made by a trained
technical staff of your local distributor by the Producer of the machine.
