8.3 Maintenance of the pneumatic
Air supply
The proper air supply is very important concerning the working and maintenance of
the machine. The inconvenient air flow influences the performance of the machine.
Quality of the air
The quality of the air supply is very important. The air must be clean and dry. The
humidity and chips soil the valve system which leads to the problems of the machine
performance and maintenance.
NOTICE!
Before begining any maintenance work cut off the wire of the air supplier from
the machine.
Fulfil the following maintenace works in every third month:
- Checking of the state of air connectings.
- Checking of the state of the cysts.
