6.10. Scoring unit
You have to care for the outer wires of the
cover-lifter, you have to avoid to place any object into the area under the cover-lifter
because the up and down moving cover-lifter can do harm on it or the mechanics
itself can be harmed as well. The end position switches must be checked,
accidentally cleaned in the course of periodic control. After cleaning you have to use
contact spray. Cover-lifter motor must be controlled as well if its surface is dusty,
dirty and paper chips or other objects block its chilling. It can be cleaned dryly with
brush, liquid does not come to its surface.
Regarding to the end position switch of the cover-lifter the operator has to be careful
during inserting paper, the microswitch can not be injured. The state of the tongues
has to be checked otherwise mechanical injury can happen. You have to make sure
of convenience position of the microswitches It can appear that the wrongly inserted
paper grains the shaft of the microswitch down, it folds back or it switches at
inconvenient place.
If functional problem occurs for instance in spite of closed cover the machine is not
willing to work, check if the tongue fits in the switch properly or possibly it was
injured or it was not attached properly or it folded back etc., in these case the
machine is not operable.
NOTICE!
In case of any electric correction
– including changing of the fuses –cut the machine
off from the domestic current by pulling the plug out.
Occurent electric correction is to be made only by specialist.
Do not make any modofication or redevelopment on the machine alone or by anybody
else. It results the immediate losing of the guarantee.
Do not work with the machine in case of removed covers.
Keep order around the machine.
Settle the machine to have minimum 1 meter free place round.
Do not work with the machine in a clothes, which endangers the working.
Lift and fix the machine in case of delivery just as it is written in the chapter of
"Delivery, installation". Before starting any kind of maintenance
job cut the machine
off from the
domestic current by pulling the plug out and extinguish the air supply of
the
machine.
