In that case if the plexi cover is open „Door is open”
text appears on the display. Because of safety reason
every functional parts stop. The error message
disappears and the machine can be run further when
the cover is closed.
The working of the machine can be divided up several processes as following:
7.2 Startup process
Putting in operation the Perfect Binder 420 starts with charging of the machine. Then
turn the main switch of the machine to „1” position. Pay attention to the emergency
stop button which has to be pulled off. At this time the machine starts the startup
process, the PLC and other electronic control system has to start. It takes
approximately 1 minute. During this 1 minute please carry out those instructions only
which appears on the display.
Steps of the startup process are the following:
- press the green button
- The initialisation process of the starting steel plate
passes off during this time too. The steel plate goes
to its end position and back to that station which was
given by the operator during the last setting
procedure (please do not touch anything)
- The chock, creaser and cover thickness distances
are set up.
