5. 5. Vacuuming unit
This unit serves to vacuum the paper dust created during the
milling and the vapour of the glue. The daily cleaning and
maintaining of the unit is very important in respect of the working
of the vacuum. Blow out the dust sack by air after emptying at
least once a week. Check if there is any occurrent pluggage,
obturating in the vacuum just as in the suction pipe when you
empty the dust sack. Danger of pluggage exists in that case if
vacuuming power reduces during operation. It must be checked
because an occurent pluggage leads to the failure of the vacuum.
Always pull out the power plug of the vacuum from the machine if
we do any job on the vacuuming unit.
WARNING!
It is NOT allowed to operate the machine without vacuuming unit!
If the vacuum failes during operation, the current working process can be
still finished, but after it the machine can not be operated until the
reparation of the vacuuming unit.
The emptying of the dust sack is necessary every day.
