5. Release the carriage by removing the blocking plate.
6. Connect the network plug of the machine into the socket (3P + N+ PE)
NOTICE!
The machine can be connected into grounded 400V 25 A socket being in
appropriate condition. The type of the settled power cable must be minimum 5
x 25 mm

To protect the machine against too much power consumption, use
triphase C 25 circuit/contact breaker.
7. Push in the emergency stop button to prevent any unattended action and turn the
machine on with the main switch.
The computer of the machine and the electronic units starts. It takes approx. a
minute. If the boot of the PLC finishes, the first screen of the program appears with
the text “WAIT”.
Do not touch the screen until this message disappears. The machine
makes the calibration processes during this time. When the calibration process is
made the message “WAIT” disappears. Unlock the emergency stop button by pulling
it out. If the machine does not start after turning it on, check the air supply of the
machine.
Now you can start to use the machine.
7.
The working and actuation of the machine
7.1. Safety checkings
Notice
In every case before starting the work with the machine the safety equipments
must be checked by looking:

if every cover is in position as per their functions
-
safety light curtain
Way of checking:
-
Safety light curtain.
Everytime before starting the work, the integrity of the control lamp of transmitter
and receiver side and the cleanness of protection plates have to be checked. If
necessary maintenance has to be made.
Way of checking of operation: when the machine is in working order, unknown
object has to be placed in the way of the light beam. If the colour of the control lamp
changes and the machine stops, in this case the safety light curtain operates.
If the machine does not stop, do not start the work, cut the machine off from the
electric network and contact the service.
