Electrical check:
Check the functionality and connection points of the inductive sensor. When
activated yellow LED light is on.
Mechanical check:
Check the vacuum ejector and its’ choke.
9.17. Scoring error:
Electrical check:
Re-set the book thickness once again, because the thickness measuring sensor
is out of range. The sensor responds with yellow LED light.
Check the measuring sensors’ connection points.
Check the analog module connection points.
Check the DC motor functionality
Check the fuse of the DC motor.
Mechanical check:
Look for any mechanical tightness.
Look for any mechanical looseness.
