How to Confirm Information on the Toner ID Chip
Follow the procedure below to confirm appropriate toner consumption. You can confirm K toner rate of
consumption, print rate, print condition (main printing P/J) and other information.
Confirm Procedure
1.
Print a Maintenance Report. (
•
The machine calculates the usage information of the installed AIO and writes it onto the
AIO ID chip, so the output time will be slower than normal printing (it takes about 30 sec.
to output).
•
The calculation is done for data before the Maintenance Report was printed, not including
the information for the printing of the report.
2.
The parameters for each color are printed at the bottom of the Maintenance Report output.
