Confidential File Report
This report informs you when a confi-
dential message has been received.
You can store a separate Confidential
ID with each of the Personal Codes. If
the sender of the message uses Confi-
dential ID Override, the sender can
specify one of these IDs. If so, the
Confidential File Report will contain
the name stored with that Personal
Code, drawing the attention of the in-
tended receiver of the confidential
message.
You can switch this report on or off,
see P.58
