• To avoid serious injury, you must pull on the blade by the attached sheath. The edge of the blade

can cause a serious cut if the sheath becomes separated.

• Always hold the sheath and blade with two hands, one on the handle and one hand on the end

near the screw. Never hold the blade and sheath by only the handle.
