Before you begin

Turn on the Scopia XT Series unit.

Verify that you have the four-digit PIN code required to make changes to the system
settings. The default PIN code is 1234.
Procedure
Step 1
From the endpoint's main menu, select Configure > General.

Set Show Advanced Settings to Yes.
Step 3
Press the
Back key on the XT Remote Control Unit.
Step 4
Select Advanced.
Step 5
Enter your four-digit PIN code, and press ok/menu. The default PIN code is 1234.
Step 6
Select Utilities > Restore System > Factory Defaults.
